How we work with you

We have provided the framework, a roadmap and an overview of the MCPP model. There is a self-assessment against the key criteria in the model to help you prioritise your initial focus and an action plan template to support implementation. These can all be downloaded below.

If you require support through any stage of your planning and implementation process, we offer a consultancy service to meet your needs. First of all, and most importantly, we will listen to you as a partner and advocate. This is an initial, free and confidential conversation to understand where you are, where you want to be and the challenges you are facing on the aspects of your business that are in your control. Then we will agree next steps
